New Visiting Researcher Dr. Emily Goshey

Hello. I'm happy to join the GSC as a visiting researcher. I will be at GUST for six months researching the role of faith and religion in social movements. The academic literature on social movements spans diverse fields from sociology to anthropology, from history to political science, from philosophy to international relations. I will be surveying the literature in order to publish resources for researchers and activists alike who are interested in how questions of religious belief and practice intersect with social movement studies.
